This site lets you draw, create, edit and manipulate KML and other geolocated files, then save them in the format you need.
We built it for our friends, and we'll keep it running, along with everything at sean.theinformed.org/iw, for as long as we can afford to.
If something breaks, or you'd like something added, write to us at sean@theinformed.org.

Pull out the tools on the left, pick a chip and click the map; lines and fronts take a click for each point and end with a double-click or Finish. Click anything on the map to see its coordinates and size in Inspect, drag its square handles to reshape it, and change its type, colour or properties there. My files opens KML, KMZ, GeoJSON, zipped shapefiles, GPX and CSV, and Export saves the map in any of those; until then it stays in this browser on this device.
