The Informed on I2P

I2P is a separate anonymous network. Every site on it is hidden, traffic runs through one-way encrypted tunnels, and there is almost no way out to the regular web. Our learning lab has its own site there.

A request leaves through your outbound tunnel and enters the site through its inbound tunnel. The reply comes back through two different tunnels. Every tunnel runs one way.

HTTP proxy 127.0.0.1, port 4444, ideally in a separate Firefox profile. A new router needs a few minutes to build tunnels.

The name is registered at reg.i2p. If your router has not learned it yet, the .b32 address always works.
